When the construction is complete, the work does not end. It is extremely important to us that the newly renovated community spaces be activated as soon as possible; thus, it is imperative that your design and operations teams have the knowledge needed to properly run and maintain all newly renovated community assets. Midwest will provide equipment operation / warranty manuals and can perform building training services as part of the closeout process.

  • Operating Manual, Warranty Manuals & MDS Sheets

  • Operations Building Training

  • Certificate of Occupancy Documentation, If Applicable

  • Furniture, Fixture & Equipment Installation Support

  • Permit Closeout

  • State & AHJ Inspection Documentation

  • Eleventh Month Post-Construction Warranty Walk

Documenting and closing out all required paperwork is a necessity we take seriously. A significant milestone in the construction process is achieving substantial completion; we will work hand in hand with your design team to ensure all required actions are fulfilled as quickly as possible to hit this critical objective. If the project requires, we can obtain and document the all important Certificate of Occupancy.
