Construction is our true passion and we thrive on executing this phase of work. Abundant communication and maintaining strict adherence to the construction contract, budget and timeline is our keys to success; creating a safe and fun work environment is also a crucial factor. We enjoy getting to know and working alongside state and local AHJ's (Authority Having Jurisdiction) to ensure your renovation work meets all required building codes and health department regulations. In an effort to provide a smooth transition towards the end of this onsite work phase we mandate all work areas receive an internal pre-punch before the primary OAC punch list review occurs; this helps minimize additional work during the critical operational handoff period.
